Orbit Hustle Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or playing Orbit Hustle ("the Game", "the Service"), provided by INCUBICS ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use the Game.
2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions
Orbit Hustle is intended for a general audience. Players under the age of 13 must obtain parental or legal guardian consent before playing or making any in-app purchases.
3. License & Intellectual Property
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Orbit Hustle for non-commercial entertainment purposes. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including alien artwork, audio, characters, code, design, logos, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of INCUBICS.
4. In-App Purchases & Virtual Currencies
Orbit Hustle may offer virtual goods and currencies, including Gems, Credits, Stardust, Station Passes, Starter Crates, and Season Tracks.
- Virtual currencies and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real money.
- All purchases are processed securely via Apple App Store or Google Play Store billing and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
- Subscriptions (such as the Station Pass) auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle in your device app store settings.
- Purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered, except as required by applicable store policies or consumer law.
5. Fair Play & Anti-Cheating
To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all players in weekly leagues and seasonal festivals, you agree not to:
- Use bots, automated scripts, memory editors, or clock-manipulation software to alter gameplay or mint currencies.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Game client, backend API, or leaderboard systems.
- Exploit bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
We reserve the right to ban accounts or reset save files that violate our Fair Play rules.
6. Cloud Saves & Account Linking
Progress can be stored locally on your device or linked to Google Play Games, Google Sign-in, or Apple ID for cross-device cloud synchronization. We strive to maintain continuous save synchronization, but are not liable for data loss caused by unauthorized clock changes, hardware failure, or device resets.
7. Rewarded Ads & Privacy
Advertisements in Orbit Hustle are optional rewarded videos served via Google AdMob. No interstitial ads interrupt active gameplay. Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. On-Device AI Features
Orbit Hustle includes an on-device language model (Smart Aliens) that generates fun conversational dialogue locally on your phone. Dialogue runs through a built-in safety filter. Players can report AI lines or toggle this feature off in Settings.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Orbit Hustle is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. INCUBICS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your access to or inability to access the Service.
